    Someone to listen to your immediate needs and concerns.
  • Befriending service:
    A trained worker will support your personal welfare and help you develop and use your own resources.
  • Counselling:
    Helping you come to terms with what you are living through and empower you to make any necessary changes in your life.
  • Group support:>
    Mutual support, with the chance to ask questions and raise your awareness of issues that matter to you.
  • Complementary therapies:
    A holistic way of relieving depression, anxiety and insomnia, and building up the body’s natural defences against stress.
  • Opportunities for volunteers:
    Meet people, gain accredited qualifications and increase your self-esteem.
  • Signposting to other agencies:
    Referral to other services that may also be able to help you.
