About Us
The Open Access Service is the first point of contact for any drug user in Preston, Chorley, South Ribble & West Lancashire wanting to access treatment.
Drug users can either drop in to Drugline or call to make an appointment for an assessment.
The initial assessment will determine the individual’s needs and enable the project worker to refer them on the relevant agency to begin their treatment as well as provide advice and information.
Treatment could be in the form of a prescription for maintenance, detoxification or inpatient rehabilitation, complementary therapies, counselling or befriending etc.
