New ‘one stop’ Support Services in Blackburn and Burnley, delivered in partnership between Citizens Advice Bureau Hyndburn, George House Trust Manchester and The Jarman Centre Blackburn
Contribution towards services in East Lancashire obtained from Blackburn with Darwen Council, with Lancashire County Council through the HIV Services Co-ordinator monitoring the contract.
Joint commissioning between Lancashire County Council and Central Lancashire Primary Care Trust and the tendering out of HIV support and information services in Central Lancashire.
