LGBT CDW (Lesbian Gay Bisexual & Transgender Community Development Worker)
To offer strategic support through identification, active networking and meeting attendance with key opportunities available in Blackpool, to identify un met needs within the LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual & Transgender) community, to offer capacity to dedicated statutory and voluntary sector focused projects and to include best assurance of sexual health screening, testing, and vaccinations through facilitating the development of projects acting as the named contact for LGBT venues culminating in an overall improvement in general and sexual health for Blackpool’s LGBT community
